The study is applied research, employing a descriptive-analytical method. The research population consists of third-year cadets at Imam Ali Military University. The study is based on various criteria, such as internal evaluations, practical skill tests, annual verification assessments, faculty feedback, and classroom presentations. The findings reveal that limited vocabulary, lack of self-confidence, frequent use of local dialects, minimal use of body language, limited communicative situations, and insufficient practice opportunities are among the primary obstacles impacting cadets' oratory skills.
