This article synthesizes evidence from three flagship case studies&amp;amp;mdash;the U.S. Defense Language Institute (DLI), the U.K. Defence Academy's Centre for Language Learning (DefAc), and the NATO Language Training Framework&amp;amp;mdash;to assess how technological and pedagogical innovations are transforming military language education. Findings indicate that immersive technologies (e.g., virtual reality), AI-driven adaptive learning, and hybrid models that integrate human-centered instruction with digital tools significantly enhance proficiency attainment and learning retention. For instance, the U.S. Defense Language Institute achieved a 92% proficiency rate through VR-based simulation training, while the U.K. Defence Academy's blended learning approach attained an 88% proficiency rate. Despite these advancements, systemic barriers&amp;amp;mdash;including budget constraints, institutional resistance, and inequitable resource distribution&amp;amp;mdash;threaten scalability and interoperability.
